A beaten up and squatted old referral clinic, we could see the huge potential of this beautiful building.
We chose to submit a planning application to keep most of the existing building and change the 80’s perspex extension into something a bit more modern. We’re really pleased to have found out we have permission to change the use of the building and to generate new homes in, what was, an unused building.
